Over the last 28 years, DJM has planned a number of shopping centres throughout Germany.

Manufacturing costs currently run to approx. €29 million.

  • The shopping centres are built on green sites.
  • Planning includes the entire building engineering with external facilities and rainwater collectors and/or water storage pool.
  • The shopping centres are home to small shops covering a wide range of goods, e.g. flower shops, hairdressers, bakers and discount stores
