DJM and hotels
Over the last 28 years, DJM has planned a number of hotels throughout Germany.
Manufacturing costs currently run to approx. €12 million.
Plans have been drawn up for the following areas (new and redesigned buildings):
- New five-star hotels with approx. 350 beds, kitchen, lobby, etc.
- Various hotels up to three stars with 100 beds
and much more.
